Spring/Summer 2026 & The FEMA Project

Summer 2026

Summer work continued as usual. We weedeated roadsides, cleaned out culverts and ditches and scraped the roads like normal. The new culverts have functioned well even through some pretty strong thunderstorms.

In early September, the second phase of the FEMA project took place. It consisted of digging out the lower ends of all our culverts and redefining a lot of our rainwater run-off ditches. Here are some photos of the second phase as well as other photos from the summer…

  1. Thank everyone involved for all of this especially Chris Brooks for contacting FEMA and staying on them until we got this money.

Josh and his crew worked wonders on this project and with out this being done our road would not be in such great shape as they are.

Now is the right time to use our HOA due to continue the roads gravel and or road bond.

Again thanks to all and I hope we have gotten our owners to see how there dues money is being used to keeping up the beauty of Amber Ranches.
